Chandani Indian & Vegetarian Restaurant Cape Town

Spice up your day and take a trip to Roodebloem Road, which wouldn't be complete without ending up at this lovely restaurant.
A tarted-up Victorian house situated in the heart of Woodstock. Rich purples, reds, and silver were used to create the decor. I loved that the restaurateur welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home, and that her husband, the chef, prepared each dish himself, which made us feel like old friends dining at their haveli. We loved our starters, tiny morsels, well prepared, the naan bread was delicious, and every course was a taste sensation. Portions are well-proportioned, appealing, and mouthwatering; we couldn't wait to get stuck in.

Our guests were very impressed as they dine out on Indian cuisine at least once a week (a buffet! say no more) and claim to know their chilies! In my opinion, Indian desserts aren't too impressive, but I'll have to concede our selections weren't shabby at all. We selected various flavours with each course so that we could sample all the different options and weren't disappointed at all. The food was excellent, and the bill was surprisingly affordable, which makes it even more appealing. I'm thinking of all sorts of reasons to return, won't be too difficult, I'm sure. Hope to see you there.
